Our Legal DNA Testing Service
Our Legal Test Service is required for the following purposes:-
For Government Departments such as the Child Support Agency, the Family Law Courts, General Registry (Birth, Death and Marriages), Probate matters such as challenging a will or Immigration Services (please refer to our immigration page.)
For our Legal Test Service, all samples have to be collected by a General Practitioner or Practice Nurse. The sampling kit is sent directly to them to ensure a strict chain of custody is maintained.
Anglia DNA Services Limited is accredited by the UK Accreditation Service to the ISO 17025 International Standard for paternity, maternity and sibling testing.
We are also accredited by the Ministry of Justice to carry out parentage tests directed by the civil courts in England and Wales under Section 20 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969.
A Legal Test Service Paternity Test costs £349.00 (exc. VAT) and is the total price paid for testing Mother, Alleged Father and Child. We have our own General Practitioners network around the UK that enables us to appoint a sampler for you or, if you prefer, your own General Practitioner can be used. Being an accredited UK laboratory we have our own highly skilled and experienced team of scientists that are on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have.
Each legal case has their own client service team member appointed to them so that continuity is maintained. We also offer an express testing service of 12, 24, 48, or 72 hours so that court deadlines can be met.
