Step 2 – Once we have your order we will contact you to collect a 50% deposit of the total cost of the test. If you would prefer to pay sooner you can call us and make a payment over the phone.
Step 3 – Once we have your deposit we will arrange appointments for DNA sampling both overseas and in the UK. We will always work with you to ensure that both the time and location of the appointments are convenient for all parties.
Step 4 – Once all DNA samples are back at our laboratory we will contact you for payment of the remainder of the fee. When we have this your results will be available in two working days; we will also send your results directly to your legal representative if this is required.
