Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Anglia DNA is accredited
by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to offer a Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) course, "The Use of DNA Testing in Legal
Practice".
This course has been
developed by Anglia DNA's Laboratory Director, Dr Thomas Haizel,and Legal
Affairs Specialist, Mrs Jacqueline L Paton LLB. Dr Haizel has extensive
experience of DNA testing and both are experts in the use of DNA testing within
legal practice. The course has been designed for solicitors and professionals
who wish to gain an understanding of the use of DNA testing in cases involving
paternity and other family relationship issues.
Professionals attending
the course will gain:

- an overview of the use of DNA testing for
legal purposes
- an explanation of paternity and family
